We love Florida. We have been visiting from the Midwest for 47 years, since the first year we were married. Many years ago, we decided that we would like a vacation home here. So, we started to look. We looked through the crash, the recession, and the pandemic. Finally, we met Carol Codella. She figured out what we were looking for with a few phone calls. A nice property at a good price in a great location, that we could enjoy with our extended family. She patiently showed us property after property. A big plus is she has been a realtor on the Island and in the city so long she knows most of the other realtors and all the handymen and repair people. As my husband and I were first time home buyers, we did not know exactly what to expect with the home buying process. I have used many realtors in the past with multiple properties. For those of you who have never bought or sold a house or needed a realtor before this will be an important review for you to read! Let me educate those of you who are not familiar with how inside the real estate industry works. Agents are independent business owners (even if they work for a large company) most don’t want to put any money (or time) out of pocket to sell a property, they want it to sell itself. With this particular property the first agent we hired did what most agents do….the bare minimum, and nothing else. Basically they wasted our time as the market fell and so did our property value. THEN we found CAROL CODELLA!!! I am a business owner and I pride myself on being class act, old school, customer service, hard working, you do whatever it takes to get the job done!✔️ and Carol Codella is just like me. Carol Codella will not just list your property on the MLS and forget about it, she will take the time to listen to all your needs and wants. She will take ALL OF THEM to heart ❤️ and do everything in her God given power to make it happen. She will hold open houses every weekend if she has to, she will advertise IN MULTIPLE places. She will call all her contacts and friends. She will even market to people moving from out of state. She leaves no stone unturned!
